Open House

Hey there, Y'all
Teka Toy here!
Today we had an "Open House."
That was so that people could come and visit
our "fully renovated and restored Craftsman
Bungalow in the heart of the Evergreen
Historic District" without having US visited
upon THEM!

So, we went to Dad's office to just chill and
hang out for a while!Gussie explored the wastebasket.
I explored a bunch of stuff in the corner.
Gussie explored the wastebasket some more.
Then muzzer looked around the walls and gave a deep sigh!

Well, actually, this is what she said:

And of course...I agreed with her. This being Muzzer's day and all.

Good job for (loudly) agreeing with your Muzzer, Teka! I'm sure it made her feel validationed to haves you voicing your supports. And gosh, that sure IS a lotta books!

So did Gussie ever find anything good in the trashcan?

OH, the not-so-fun part of moving - those darn house showings are so annoying. And they always call when you are the least ready and never call when everything is in place.

Good luck.

That's one heck of a lot of books to pack! We still have some books, around here, that no one has even read yet! Good luck with all that packing!

Teka. Jake totally understood you just now. He woke from his nap and cocked his head and said (with his eyes) "That's a lot of books and we'd better get out of here now." (He's not much into packing. It makes him ... and me ... quite nervous. If Moma comes to help you pack, she won't be bringing us.
