Quiet Sunday

Hello doggies and friends. Gussie Here.
I must apologize for this short bloggie, but muzzer has not been feeling
well today at all, and so me 'n Teka have been taking care of her, and we
have not had time to even look at other blogs, or do much of anything exciting.

What we did do is watch muzzer carefully so she didn't try to do much. Here is Teka, who is on outside watch. She is maintaining a careful surveillance of our neighborhood, and she still has time to chew on "her" tire. She can multi task quite well, which is why she will soon be an executive with her own doggie spa.

And here is me, Gussie! I am sitting on muzzer, keeping her quiet. I must've done an OK job, cause she feels enough better to help me blog, and said that maybe later we can visit all of you on your blogs. She thinks she will be fine tomorrow, this is kind of behaving like some 24 hour bug.

Gussie and Teka,
Wow you guys sure did a fabulous job of taking care of your muzzer. Keep up the good work. Without us our humans would be lost. Or so mommy said a few times to me this weekend.

Kissies,
Romeo

Astas down and up: Thanks for the caring and kissies. We may have to get Teka a nursie hat if this keeps up.

Gus, This is the deal when it comes to walking. Dad can manage us both and is really clever about letting us run on long leads and not getting entwined. Yesterday, he just happened to take me with him alone to see a neighbor when we found the turtle.

When we have "business" to do, he usually takes us separately so we won't be distracted. And Mom always takes us separately. She tried taking us together once and wound up wrapped around a light pole on the corner.

Since I am "first dog," JH knows that he has to wait until I come back. He usually waits by the door until he hears our footsteps and sticks his nose in my face (or the other end) to greet me when we open the door. And I gotta admit it, when he knows he is coming too, like when Mom and Dad each take one of us, he gets soooo excited, " Me too, me too, can I come too???" But when it's just Mom, he knows he has to wait his turn and he sits quietly (for a terrier) and waits.

That's how we do it.

FYI: The Cards are on ESPN playing the Mets tonight!!!

Hi Gus!
When I chewed on the camera, I only chewed enough so that the picture screen cracked, but the camera still worked, so my humans had to keep it. heh heh!
You might not want your muzzer to get a new camera. My dad just got a new fancy one with a big flash a few weeks ago, and I feel like Pawris Hilton - he won't stop taking pictures! You might get your own Pawparazzi!
