Meanwhile....at Graceland
The Grandchildren of Elvis Presley
cut a cake commemorating the 75th anniversary of his birth
And over 3000 people were waiting at the gates of
Graceland at 9:00 am to begin the celebration. However...
If you read the story below, you will realize that most of them
are from out of town and don't realize that
it is too cold to collect garbage.
Stay warm friends.

We heard on the radio that it was Elvis's 75th and mom and dad agreed that Elvis definitely would have dyed his hair black, don't you think so too, Gussie?
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
We think it's pretty crazy everywhere -- the cold has affected everyone's brains. Except for we dogs, of course, who are always right in the moment. Except, upon reflection, for our Pittsburgh pals.
Have you read Lacie's latest? We think we may be in big trouble. And why we would run for chilly Canada when the warm Bahamas are right next doo, we don't know.
Woof!!
Jake and Just Harry
We had the same thing happen here. They went out for two hours on Thursday and got pulled from the road because it was "too cold and too dangerous". So then they were supposed to do Thursday's on Friday and bump Friday's (that's us) to Saturday. Well, nix that, they didn't go out at all on Friday or Saturday. So now we have everyone with their trash at the curb and no pickup now until next week!!! They should have hired us sibes to get the job done - we love the cold and snow.
Woos, Phantom and Thunder
What? No trash pickup because of the weather? We thought trash pickeruppers were like mail carriers ... no matter the weather ... come rain or snow ... All we can say is, having trash left at the curb makes for funner walks around the neighborhood. Fergi would love it!
Craziness.
